bmi Airline aircraft has a white undercarriage going up towards the rear covering half of the tail in white the top half of the aircraft is blue bmi name in light blue towards the front, the top half of the tail is also blue with bmi in white. It also looks like there is a translucent picture of a union jack on the tail. The top of the engines and tips of wings are red.

bmi was established nearly 70 years ago , bmi today operates 1,700 flights per week over a network of 36 airports in the UK, Europe, India, Saudi Arabia and transatlantic to the USA and Caribbean.

bmibaby Airline logo

bmibaby is not easy to distinguish if you can only see the undercarriage as its all white, the engines are red on the top, its tail has the large bmibaby head logo which is red on white background, and then the bmibaby full picture / logo on the side towards the front of the aircraft with airline name on the side.

bmi has a low-cost subsidiary with its own unique brand bmibaby formed in january 2002

easyjet is very easy to spot, it has orange coloured engines and tail with easyJet logo / name in white, on the body of the aircraft it is white with in bright orange.

Thomas Cook Airline aircraft are white with blue engines and a blue tail, with the well known Thomas Cook round logo yellow and blue with Thomas Cook in white, on the body of the aircraft Thomas Cook is written in blue

Air southwest aircraft are white, just under the tail is a turquoise band then on the tail is dark purple band with air southwest in white letters, the there is another light purple half curved band & full lilac and white band at the top of the tail.

Monarch Airline has a navy blue undercarriage which looks curvy from the side view and goes up under the tail like a ribbon, under the blue ribbon line under the tail is orange it covers the rear and goes under the back quarter of the aircraft, the tail is white with the crown logo of Monarch Airline in blue and orange. Monarch is written above the windows towards the front.
